We make an extra special effort with all our feline patients, as we know how upsetting a trip to the vets can be for them. We have attained the Gold Standard Cat Friendly Vet Clinic award and have a separate cat waiting area, special Cat Clinics (no dogs allowed!) and we also have a separate cat hospitalisation area.
We offer home visits to any cat too nervous to visit the practice: ask about our special “Feline Focus” visit package. Coupled with a team of vets and nurses who are really cat friendly, led by Ellie Marriott (RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Feline Medicine) and Felicity Kenny RVN (Certificate of Feline Nursing and Cat Advocate), you can be assured that your cat will get care and treatment tailored to their specific needs.

Ellie Mariott
Ellie has a special interest in feline medicine and gained her post graduate qualification in cat medicine in 2012. A result of this is that she is now a RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine (Feline). She has been recognised by the RCVS as having knowledge and experience beyond her initial primary veterinary degree and continues to be up to date in her field.
She has also been admitted to the ISFM Academy of Feline Practitioners, which recognises feline vets from all over the world for their expertise.
Ellie enjoys seeing cats of all shapes and sizes as first opinion and referral cases in the practice. In her spare time she looks after her own naughty kitties and since becoming a mum in 2014 enjoys spending lots of time with her family.
Felicity Kenny
Felicity is the Cat Advocate for the practice, making sure we are all feline friendly. She has completed a certificate in Feline Veterinary Nursing in which she gained a credit. Fliss has also taken on the responsibility of being our Head Nurse. She took home an abandoned 3 legged cat called Tripod and in her spare time enjoys DIY and walking.
